This is the first in a 3-part series, examining DII head coaches who have moved on to DI coaching jobs. First up, the In the Crease boys were able to sit down with Chris Ryan. Coach Ryan moved on after 23 years at Mercyhurst to take on the head coaching role at Mount St. Mary's.
