"You Can't See Around Corners." - Rhonda Y. Williams This phrase has become a central part of my life and coaching as I remind myself and my clients that regardless of where we are, love it, or hate it, we cannot truly see what is coming next. We can hope, we can believe, we can worry, we can anticipate... but we never really know. In July of 2019, I put a call out a call to action on Facebook. "Hey, anyone want to join me for a roundtable conversation? We will do about six episodes where leaders and coaches come together and just have a conversation over coffee. We'll call it Coffee with Rhonda. My two super-caffeinated co-hosts answered that call! Well, here we are, nearly 4 years and 100 episodes later, celebrating something that I never could have imagined. Having a successful, well-regarding leadership live stream show.
