Today we Decode...Prioritizing Your Health. As adults we have so many competing responsibilities and priorities. Why do we often let our health fall to the bottom of that list? Why should we focus on putting ourselves first when it comes to our health? What are the barriers we face in our adulting journeys that make this so hard? We are also honored to have a guest expert Decoder with us,  Dr. Pascale M. White. Dr. White  is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Gastroenterology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She has contributed articles in Women’s Health Magazine and US News and World Reports. In February 2021, Dr. White, along with 10 of her colleagues across the U.S., co-founded a non-profit organization called the Association of Black Gastroenterologists and Hepatologists.
