I’m your host, Sarah Mikutel, an American in England who uses Stoicism to help my coaching clients become more present, productive, and open-hearted. And I’m here to help you, too.


This show isn’t a deep dive into Stoic theory and academic texts. Stoic Wellbeing is focused on putting Stoic theory into practice with exercises and inspirational stories to help you flourish; develop your character; and to live as your highest self. Not just for you, but also for all those around you, everyone you influence, and for the greater community.


A lot of us say we want more meaning in our lives. To be part of something greater than ourselves. To feel more connected to other people and the universe. This begins with becoming more connected with who WE are and more self aware of what’s unconsciously motivating us.
