It is the end of the semester so I know I’m not alone in starting to feel burnout so today I have compiled some things on how I try to prevent burnout and keep your motivation (and sanity) during a busy time. Because when you are busy and pushing yourself, you need to be mindful that burnout is inevitable, but there are ways to prevent yourself from getting stuck and burnt out every time your schedule or life gets a little chaotic because we can’t accomplish our goals and dreams when we are constantly burnt out.
