Dr. Hunter Dyer has been a practicing neurosurgeon at Carolina Neurosurgery and Spine Associates since 1994. He completed neurosurgery training at UTSW -Dallas.  His practice focus is in minimally invasive spine, open vascular, and transnasal skull base. He was President and Chairman of Board of CNSA from 2002-2022.
