Zack Greenwald (Part I)

Sonic Milk

Mar 26 2021 • 1 hr 5 mins

On Episode 4 of the Sonic Milk Podcast, I traveled to Cambria, California to chat with producer/songwriter Zack Greenwald. We setup on his front porch overlooking the hills and trees hugging the Pacific Coast Highway.  The almost 3 hour conversation has been been edited and broken into two parts.

We sat down and talked about his life being in a band for almost 10 years and starting a new life here as a producer for artists up and down the california coast.  He talks about growing up in Westlake Village, CA (just north of Los Angeles) and the music that inspired him to pursue music as a founding member of Givers and Takers. He and I also went pretty deep about life and being a creative person in  the era of COVID.  Words can't express how much I admire and respect Zack and this conversation I feel will bring the listeners a little bit closer to who we are and what we want to do creatively as human beings and producers of sound.
