Navigating 60 as newly single, retired and self diagnosed as neurodivergent, with Eliza Fayle

Say it Out Loud Podcast

Mar 6 2024 • 1 hr 3 mins

Guest: Eliza Fayle

Finding herself suddenly single on her 60th birthday, Eliza's life changed dramatically. Within 7 months she dissolved the relationship, created a multi-generational home, and retired from her 25+ year career as a public servant. Most importantly, she had the time and space to self-diagnose as neurodivergent.

Eliza embraces her neurodiversity (sensory processing sensitivity & autism spectrum) through storyweaving. By sharing her own stories, Eliza advocates for an inclusive world. A multi-passionate creative, Eliza provides guidance with Human Design, Tarot, and shamanic journeys, allowing women to safely explore their own stories.
