Doug has the honor of hanging out with music icon and grammy award winning writer and artist Jim Peterik. Jim performs with the band "The Ides of March", "Pride of Lions" and is the former founding member of the band Survivor. He wrote and performed so many classics from the 70s and 80s ... Songs like: Eye of the Tiger (from Rocky 3), Burning Heart (Rocky 4), The Search Is Over, High On You, and I Can’t Hold Back. Jim also co-wrote 38 Special's platinum hits “Hold On Loosely”, “Caught Up In You”, “Wild-Eyed Southern Boys”, “Fantasy Girl”, and “Rockin’ Into The Night”. Along with songs with Sammy Hagar, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and the Beach Boys ... He had his guitar with him, and played it few times, as he shared about so many aspects of his life. From how he got started in the industry and the key moment that put the band Survivor on the map (because of Sylvester Stallone) ... to ... sharing openly about his lifelong love of his life (including some of the ups and downs) and amazing advice on how to finish life well. Plus, he also shares, for the first time, breaking news about his latest work with the band 38 Special. www.jimpeterik.com
