Episode 1: YAY! The very first episode of #TYIL PODCAST is finally here! I thought I would take this opportunity to introduce myself and share a little bit more about me, as well as share my intentions for the show with you today! Thank you for tuning in, I am so excited to go on this journey with you! 💫

Shayla Quinn is a Los Angeles based yoga instructor teaching for Alo Yoga with over 600 hours of professional training. This certified plant-based nutritionist and yogi turned her love of yoga, fitness, and wellness into a lifestyle after experiencing her own personal transformation through the very same practices she shares. Shayla’s brand and blog, Namastshay was created in 2016 with the intentions of creating an inspiring, informative and motivating corner of the inter webs filled with all things yoga, fitness, plant-based recipes, real life shares, and most importantly, self-love. Most recently upon returning from a month long intensive yoga teacher training in Bali in August of 2019, Shayla created The Yoga Inspired Life program, which is an online 12 week yoga inspired self-discovery program. The Yoga Inspired Life, otherwise known as #TYIL, takes you through 12 weeks of soul deep healing work to help you discover your purpose, build your bliss and create a life you love living! 💫
