Janine is joined by Aditi Gupte, Employer Branding Team Lead at Zalando. Aditi is one of the main players behind the podcast and together they discuss the importance of great employer branding, why they started Pieces of Me and how a podcast fits into an employer branding team's communications strategy.

Aditi also turns the tables on Janine and asks for Janine's three "pieces of me". And amongst the pieces  they bring into the studio are a colouring book, a key, and picture of one particular bar in Berlin...
