Nishant has studied law and arts at the Institute of Law, Kurukshetra University in India. He has also completed a Master's degree in law from the same institution, focusing on international business, trade, and tax laws. Additionally, he has a diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) from a Deemed University in India. Nishant has obtained certifications in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) from WIPO Geneva and the Internet of Things (IoT) from Stanford University.

With fifteen years of experience in the legal field, Nishant runs his own law firm called Nishant Ahlawat Law Offices. He has dealt extensively with legal matters concerning Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Cyber Law, Data Retention Policies, Data Privacy Agreements, and other complex issues related to data and privacy. His experiences have made him aware of the challenges companies face in complying with data and privacy laws.

To address these challenges, Nishant has launched Ayottaz, a company that automates the compliance process and provides a straightforward solution for companies to stay updated with the constantly changing regulations.
