GUEST BIO:

Heather Ioerger has always lived her life with purpose and perseverance. After earning her degree in PR and Marketing, she started her career by working on large fundraising events for a university. There, she reached out to large monetary donors to support the school's programs.

Since then, Heather has spent over 10 years in a sales leadership role managing a team of 50 people with a client roster of about 3000. In this time, she's learned how to efficiently train her team to close deals and bring in new business by creating systemized processes.

These days, she's using her skills to help small businesses grow and scale their online presence by teaching them the secrets to effectively map out their prospecting, sales, and retention processes. She works to uplevel virtual assistants through on-going specialized training.

It is very important to her that all employees feel valued and respected for their hard work. Her team of Business Account Managers (BAMs) are matched with clients through her own unique process to ensure client and BAM success.

Outside of work, Heather loves spending time with her family and friends, going to concerts and loving on her hound dogs!
