Josh Parnell is a leadership speaker, trainer, and coach. He helps you transform your leadership skills by tapping into unrecognized potential to achieve limitless results. Reaching people and building leaders is his mission, and he has a demonstrated history of coaching people to go from great to greater.

After the horrific events on 9/11, Josh enlisted in the United States Air Force, where he had his first exposure to multiple types of leadership. He learned firsthand the difference between servant, situational, and positional leadership, to name a few. The more connections he made, the more he realized how important genuine relationships are, and that influence is the root of leadership.

For the last 20 years, Josh has taken what he’s learned and continues to learn to grow and develop leaders, both professionally and personally. He is married to his wife, J’anvieu, and together they are raising leaders in their four children.
