Today I am joined by an amazing clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)Tapping Practitioner Fay Chan who runs Living Well With Fay, an online community where she shares all her knowledge on EFT including video tutorials, client wins, and lots of data on EFT that showcases its powerful transformations.

Fay uses EFT to help her clients, both adults and children with emotional stress so that they can find calm, clarity and success. In this interview, Fay explains how EFT can aid in alleviating the emotional contributors to our issues. We can apply all the self-discipline and strategy to overcome addiction or certain patterns that aren’t serving us, yet sometimes there is an emotional component that needs to be addressed in order to fully unhook ourselves from the issue and obtain the freedom that we seek.
