When you're in a dark place, compliments just hit differently. Sometimes you are questioning people's motives for giving compliments in the first place. But then there are times when you're so emotionally fragile that you can't let yourself really feel the compliment because you could spontaneously become a puddle of tears.

Katrina started a new job recently and talks about the imposter syndrome that comes along with learning new things and receiving praise from others.
