Days of our Lives weekly promo has romance in the air for Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Xander Cook (Paul Telfer), as the latter's surprising marriage proposal unfolds in a heartwarming scene.   Also on DOOL,  the murders of Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) and Gil seem to be linked as the former's slaying is finally solved in an improbable twist. Despite EJ DiMera's (Dan Feurriegel) reluctance to reopen the case.

The NBC soap also has Tate Black (Leo Howard) and Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) dealing with teen angst, feelings, and forbidden love. Plus, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) discovers Abigail Deveraux's (Marci Miller) diary, potentially revealing secrets that could shake the core of their relationship.

As the murder case against Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) falls apart, she's closer to coming home. And Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash), Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), and others strive to clear her name.
