Episode 7 is a conversation with Prithvi Kini who is the co-founder of Nuvedo. In this episode, we talk about mushrooms, how to grow them, and their medicinal properties. Prithvi is the Co-Founder of Nuvedo, a mushroom lovers' haven. She is a philosophy graduate who changed careers and decided to enroll in a permaculture course after discovering the therapeutic and healing benefits of mushrooms, as well as wanting to start a startup that was more aligned with her values. She facilitated the founding of two startups in the cybersecurity and bioengineering sectors before shifting her focus to her passion for mushrooms.
