Crystal has been practicing professional makeup and hair since the age of 15. By the age of 18, Crystal began Drag makeup for the first time, and went on to win multiple titles. After putting Drag aside for a bit, she has come back stronger and better than ever. Before COVID-19 struck, Crystal worked as a bottle service manager, but since losing their job due to the pandemic, they have now committed to their passion of Drag, beginning their enterprise Crystal Quartz Events, including their shows Hitz, Characterz, and XXX BINGO. Prior to, and during the pandemic, they have also been the lead host for Drag BINGO, raising money and awareness for the HIV/AIDS Resources and Community Health of Guelph.

At the start of 2021, a friend recommended they share their videos and messaging on TikTok, where they now have over 211,000 followers. Crystal has been taken back from the recent fame but wants to continue spreading their messaging to a much larger community, "Everybody is beautiful".
