Dr Indika is a devoted mother of 3, wife, functional medicine doctor, and dancer! She is on a mission to help 100 million people embed dancing into their own lives as a life enhancing self care practice!
In April 2021, Indika re-ignited her life-long passion for dancing, by training to facilitate Transcendance™, which is a fun, free-form dance experience accessible to all no matter what the age, fitness or mobility level.
She believes that every single person has the ability to dance their own way to feel good, and is here to guide, encourage and help people to infuse fun into their own health and wellbeing.
Recently, Indika has been sharing her own quick dance practice, or as she puts it her ‘movement meditation’! This has totally transformed her own life and wellbeing such that she feels more connected and joyful, and for the first time in her life, is showing up as her best self!
Indika is based in the UK, and runs her own private virtual clinic helping clients who seek to work with a health professional with a strong focus on the mind-body-spiritual approach, who has extensive experience in both conventional General Practice and Functional Medicine.
