the broker and the agent are responsible when they take on listing your home there The reason you hired them in the first place, the agent is supposed to check zoning recorders before listing the property for sale, but sometimes these things get skipped and can cause issues in underwriting a loan, and it can cost the seller a sale of the property. this is my story.
