About Karyn:
Karyn Ezell is an executive leadership coach, with expertise in the corporate, nonprofit and government sectors, helping clients to develop strategies that will bring improved relationships, greater long-term success, personal fulfillment, and organizational effectiveness.

Karyn brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate administration and human resources, with more than 12 years at the executive level, in both large and small organizations, leading all human resources functions, risk management, procurement, payroll, records management, and managing corporate activities as secretary to the board of directors.

Karyn received a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in organizational behavior.  She is an ICF-certified coach, and received her Certified Professional Coach certification, with specialist designations in leadership, performance, life transitions and well-being, from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching.  She is an active member of the ICF ethics community, and holds a leadership role in the ICF Los Angeles Chapter.

Karyn lives in Los Angeles, and fills her non-working time with travel, hiking, pilates, and old sci-fi television.
