Absolutely thrilled to have sat down with one of the driving forces behind ReTHINK Retail, Paula Macaggi where we discussed sustainable fashion, returns and fighting over $5 T-shirts at the Shein pop-up in Brazil. As well as being a retail expert and speaker in her own right,  it's doubtful that there's a retail conference which Paula hasn't attended - she practically lives in the air!
