As entrepreneurs, we value our work, clients, and most especially our business. But, we should keep in mind that it is also good to take a healthy amount of break. Taking breaks can help us recover from stresses we deal with daily which can help us perform better.

As a podcaster, taking breaks allows us to recover, reassess, and even improve our content!
