In this episode, we sit down with Sophie, the woman in charge of Chic-Fil-A Menlo Park. Sophie has been working for Chic-Fil-A since she was in high school. Her manager/mentor saw something special in Sophie and knew that her passion and skillset would map well to a manager position.
