Brian was born and raised in the United States and we have been close friends for 20 years. In 2015 Brian moved to Denmark to pursue higher education and a relationship with his Danish partner. We recently discussed the outcome of the election, what it's like living in Denmark, and if living abroad has given him a new perspective on American politics.
