Hey friends! This week I talked with Meredith Brough. Meredith Brough helps mothers feel revitalized, connected and at peace by restoring their sleep and helping them trust their intuition and understand their children better. She works with the most depleted, exhausted moms of children who are high needs, spirited, and highly sensitive.

During the last 6 years, Meredith developed the Baby-Centered Sleep System to improve sleep for all temperament types, with 8 tear-free, nurturing sleep methods. Meredith hosts a podcast called “The Sweet Slumber Podcast,” trains sleep coaches in the Baby-Centered Sleep Coach Training Program, and mentors and guides sleep coaches/consultants as they fine-tune their abilities and get their businesses thriving! She is also a mother of five and a new grandma!
