How do parents teach a child that they have divine sovereignty over themselves? How do we break the pattern of the chain of pain, passing the trauma on from generation to generation?

What roles are shame and guilt playing in day-to-day life? Shame is the lowest identified frequency on David Hawkins's Map of Consciousness.

How did America come to elect someone in 2016 who stretched from our previous values? As a country, we permitted ourselves to misbehave, be rude, and lie when we elected someone who modeled those traits. How do we get back on track? Or is it more about finding a whole new way?

How do we break ourselves from our habits of judging others and reacting from a non-heart-based place?
