Nicole Hollis has been in the beauty industry for over 10 years. First starting off as a sales rep for Fraxel in LA, a non-invasive laser skin therapy treatment to help diminish lines to working for Salon Centric as a sales rep in Portland, OR from 2011 - 2017. In 2017 she decided to move back home where she started her journey to create her own company Emma Intelligence. Emma Intelligence is an AI system that helps customers find the right hair and skin products without the trial and error of going to the store. Now, with the current events and the 2020 presidential election being one of the most important she has created the campaign Beauty Votes. Beauty Votes is a nonpartisan, nonprofit campaign to encourage people to vote from all sides and to educate. Interview on Thursday October 1st of 2020.
