We feel more alive and more present in our lives.  So many of us are doing what we feel we have to and as we live our life part of us begins to get covered up with 'I have to. Slowly we forget what we love and who we are, then when we retire, we don't know what we love anymore.  Today begin to ponder 'what I love.?' Then incorporate a little into your life each week. What you love might change often for awhile and that's great. You'll begin to feel more alive and joyous as the weeks go by. Just begin now and it will change your inner and outer life.
