Franne Golde is a Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter and a best-selling fashion designer. In 2016, Golde founded her eponymous collection, Franne Golde, which focuses on designing classic and comfortable women's essentials. After creating the style dubbed “The Magic Pant” by O, The Oprah Magazine, the brand quickly grew into a multimillion-dollar business. Continuing to flourish, the company has been featured in Forbes, Fortune, New York Magazine, People, and Good Morning America.

Prior to her career in fashion, Golde is known for her impactful contributions to the music industry. A Grammy-nominated and award-winning songwriter, Franne became a worldwide sensation after Diana Ross recorded her song “Gettin’ Ready for Love” in 1977. Since then, Golde’s songs have appeared on more than 100 million records worldwide by artists including The Commodores, Selena, and Whitney Houston. Most recently, her Grammy-winning song "Nightshift" was featured on Bruce Springsteen's 2022 album Only The Strong Survive. In another pop culture phenomenon, the writer’s song, “Don’t Look Any Further,” originally written for Dennis Edwards, has, and continues, to be sampled by top artists including Tupac Shakur, Queen Latifah, Snoop Dogg and The Notorious B.I.G, to name a few.

Beyond her creative pursuits, Franne is passionate in her advocacy work for Alzheimer’s, a disease that has affected her personally after her late husband was diagnosed in 2013. She is on the board of Music Mends Minds, a non-profit that creates musical support for groups of people with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Parkinson’s, and other neurological disorders. She is also proud to be named as an Architect of Change for Maria Shriver’s non-profit, Women’s Alzheimer’s Movement.

Franne Golde resides in Los Angeles, CA.
