Zoe has always had an interest in fitness, but after struggling with her own weight gain (and subsequent weight loss attempts, different diets, sketchy "fat burning" supplements, and strict meal plans) in college, she switched her major to nutrition and loved the process of applying what she was learning in her classes about nutritional sciences, the human body, and why we need what we do , she applied the principles to herself, as a sort of practical application case study. That is truly where Zoe's passion for nutrition and fueling the body stemmed from. Fast forward a few years after becoming and working as a Registered Dietitian in several different areas (in-patient clinical, out-patient for hospitals, contracted with the Air Force, and one-on-one nutrition counseling for weight loss), Zoe decided to start her business to help other women do the exact same thing she was able to do: lose fat and keep it off in a healthy and sustainable way. Zoe counts herself as blessed to have the platform and opportunity to help so many clients reach their goals without extreme dieting, giving up their favorite foods, or endless cardio.
