Row House is a national boutique fitness franchise. We deliver instructor-lead rowing-based group fitness classes. What makes rowing so special at Row House is that we are able to deliver high-energy music-driven group classes that combine rowing intervals with floor-based strength exercises for all fitness levels so there is always a place for you in our boat. We feed off of each other’s energy and pull together to push to new levels.

The Row House concept began in NYC in 2014 by our amazing founders Debra & Eric who had a vision for revolutionizing the way people view indoor rowing and designing a workout that people of all different fitness levels could benefit from together.

I was fortunate enough to come across Row House in my search to open a boutique fitness franchise. I purchased 3 licenses and opened the first Row House in Northern California in Belmont in 2018. I now own two Row House studios in the bay area with my other location in Santa Clara.
