In this episode I speak with Ben Fields, President of Operators Unlimited.  Ben worked for Operators Unlimited for 12 years before purchasing the company in 2015.  Operators Unlimited is celebrating their 20th anniversary this year, an incredible achievement.  Ben discusses the importance of peer advisory forums, in particular C12 Business Forums, of which he is a member and ambassador.
