In this episode I speak with Robert Sullivan of Sully's Steamers.  The idea for this restaurant came after his wife bought him a steamer as a gift.  He began using the steamer to make sandwiches for his family and friends.  Little did he know he had a test kitchen in his home for the types of sandwiches that are served in the restaurant today.  Robert wanted a community business and Greenville has provided that for him.  Sully's Steamers started with 1 restaurant and Robert is now targeting 3-5 franchised locations.
