Miiko Anderson is an Oakland-native, speaker, and internationally recognized subject-matter expert in Human Trafficking and Gender-based violent crimes. As a senior prosecutor and certified criminal law specialist, Miiko tried and convicted some of the most egregious human traffickers and violent criminals.

Additionally, Miiko teaches a self-designed course on human trafficking law and policy at San Joaquin College of Law. In recognition of her tireless efforts against human trafficking, she has received multiple awards from law enforcement and community organizations.
