Patricia Vasquez Topete has over five years of management experience in the non-profit and the California Executive Branch. She has been appointed three times at the California Complete Count- Census 2020 Office under the Brown and Newsom Administration. Prior to her appointments to the Census 2020 efforts, she worked at the Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development.  A few of her top areas of expertise are community outreach and engagement, and immigration policy portfolio management development.
