Being in the spotlight may seem glamourous, but there is so much that comes along with it. As I was speaking with my brother Kevin John Peters who has experience being in the eyes of the public, he shared how you become open for criticism. He helped me to understand that you have to find balance when being in the spotlight. People are going to voice their opinion and stick their nose where it doesn't belong, but it's the nature of the world we live in.
Kevin shared insight on how  to rise above the noise and keep going. People are always going to judge someone else, but you have to be strong enough to know that it comes with the territory. Learning to accept the fruits of life along with the spoils is a part of the game. Everything we grow through helps us to build character.
