Tanisha is a Habit forming health coach, a gym baddie and is currently in the process of officially becoming a naturopath!  She has a passion for all things wellness and helping people become the best version of themselves. In this episode we talked a lot about how she grew up and how it wasn't until she really had the confidence to make her own decisions that she felt like she became who she was supposed to be.
