Shots! Shots! Shots! Back again with a solo ep.  This episode is more of a gab sesh.  I dive a little deeper into my healing journey, what sparked it and how it affected other aspects of my life. Have you ever heard of the Saturn return?  Well I also explain what that is and why it's important when it comes to levelling up your cosmic self.

Do you ever feel like you healed too much and now you don''t like anybody?!  Cz same.  Not really... but yes kinda.  Healing can be isolating because you are literally shedding the person you used to be and becoming someone new.  New habits, new ways of thinking, new priorities and that can be tough when your environment hasn't necessarily changed.  Anyways, I get into it it all... not sure if it makes sense but we are trying not to overthink this week.
