This past year has been one of my best years so far! I have grown so much internally. I have focused on me to the fullest, like on loving and taking care of myself, especially on improving my health. I have never felt better! I was proud when I quit drinking alcohol two years ago but when I stopped smoking w**d last year I was even more proud of myself. I realized that I can do better and I decided to do better. I decided to focus on my health and that meant I had to stop smoking which was giving me a very short relief but was not helping me get to the root cause and heal. I starting thinking long term! I want you to know that if I can quit you can too! It was not easy, but it is achievable. You have to be patient with yourself and love yourself throughout the whole process. YOU WILL BE BETTER THAN OKAY WITHOUT THE W**D OR ANY OTHER SUBSTANCE🤍
