Cadence, Delian and I hiked over to Ham Tin when I spotted a few letters in Hebrew. I caught the guy's attention and chimed in with, "You know, that tat says 'Hummus and Falafel.' "

We laughed and within ten minutes, I invited Jared to be on my podcast. We could even record it at his place in Wanchai.
