I recognized a while ago that there is power in 2 major concepts that are under the radar: embodiment and space
The people who move towards their goals, whether it be a reduction in pain, or building a business are the ones who can embody the attributes. Seems obvious - so why aren’t most people doing it?
Because you have to get uncomfortable AF to do it. And most people don’t know where to begin
Another issue I ran into and have seen in my clients is that they don’t currently have space in their lives and are unsure how to create it
An unconventional solution appeared to me when I needed it! A personal altar helped me create physical space which translated into a more energetic space in my life for spirituality and the craziest thing happened - I learned about embodiment while in the presence of my altar! So powerful
However, people have MANY preconceptions around the word altar and I can see how it was confusing so now I suggest that my clients build POWER spots
Borrowed from Marie Kondo, this has the same intention as altars except for everything you bring to your power spot has to spark joy! In addition, you can think of your altar as the place you go just for you - an oasis of sorts! Where you go to recharge
