So many of us have body insecurities in one way or another. To fully be able to move past this, we need to explore where this feeling comes from. Is this from your partner, your family, your friends, society or just how you feel about yourself?

There are also other things to consider, such as is it your weight, your clothes, your style - if we can narrow down into what you dislike about yourself specifically, you can start to process this and learn how to love yourself just the way you are.
