When Peter Pattison fell in love with French patisserie it changed his life. After training as a patissiere, Peter put his skills to work and with his wife Michelle opened their first patisserie in Sydney.

Today Peter heads up a chain of 17 Pattison Patisseries. and has plans to develop and grow the brand.
