The podcast focusses on levelling up in relation to gender and age. We are aware that this also affects ethnicity, race, LGBTQ+ and disability but these particular issues are not covered in this podcast.

The podcast identifies some of the social and economic factors and different perspectives that can be shaped by a person’s gender and age and how we as financial planners need to be aware of these differences.   By recognising these financial planners can then adapt and tailor the financial planning approach to level up and to bridge this gap as identified in our Financial Wellbeing report.
