Matthew reminds you through Isaiah 41:10 that you are not alone and in talking about the importance of self-care.

The term "self-care" has been coined to show you the value that you add and how you should and deserve to treat yourself even when you don't have a companion. Matthew digs even deeper into his own struggles of feeling alone and how he overcame them in treating himself and enjoying those moments of self-care.
