Social Media definitely has it pros and cons. In one way it allows us to connect with people from all over the world and in another it can disconnect us from close family and friends.

According to stats from 2019 – 4 billion people are using social media. The number of online businesses has grown immensely so people are using it for business and not just the social side.

Question is – when does it get too much? When it starts affecting your life – emotionally, mentally, physically and in your relationships with others and yourself.
