There is a lot of controversy around mothers in the workforce, especially as they are still raising their children. Mothers feel guilty for leaving their kids as they continue to grow in their careers, and others feel that they have the right to judge these mothers’ choices. However, it is my belief that it is time to change the dialogue around this subject.
