Parenting: Interview with Hadiya Wharton

Walking With The Whartons

Mar 24 2022 • 30 mins

In this episode, Nick and Regina continue to talk about their parenting styles and how they differ. As the parents of three Black children in America, they often speak about how they introduced their children to Black cultural experiences that shaped their overall perspectives in life.

During this episode, you will hear the voice of  Hadiya Wharton, the youngest of the Wharton children. Hadiya shares her experiences through her personal lens growing up in the Wharton household by herself. Her older brother, Hasani, was pursuing an education, while her older sister was working as an attorney. In this episode, you will hear how Nick and Regina’s childhood experiences molded them into the loving parents that they are today.

Hosted by Dr. Elaine Stevens

Starring Nick and Regina Wharton
